Have you been around the block a few lives? Or are you brand "spanking" new?

I figured that a precocious nerd like I used to be MUST have been around a few times at least.

I'm approaching 26, but inside I feel like I'm 90. Something doesn't add up.

Same here Aurora...

I think I owe Fate a good hard grudge-fisting.

I wake up every morning in a brand new soul, with a copy of my last soul's memories.

Suck on that, existentialists.

Antediluvian.

King Og was one of the Reprehaim, the pre-flood Giants, who survived by riding on the roof of the Ark. He was killed by the Israelites and recorded by them in the Old Testament.

Several dozen incarnations later he pretends to be King Henry VIII to amuse the hoi polloi, and writes, usually at length, on Literotica.

Og the ancient

You got me beat. I doubt that I go back much further than ancient Rome.

"Ancient Rome"?

Modern upstarts who had to borrow their mythology from the Greeks who borrowed it from the Medes and Persians who learned those fables from one of my descendants...

And all I could think was... oh shit, another crappy VtM roleplayer wannabee after I saw the Antediluvian.

Damn my inner bookraper.

11 seconds, after that it is self renewing! I have to shunt all memories to a auxilary soul so I can down load them when the new soul appears.

I have no idea how old my soul is. I feel like a baby most of the time. People say I'm wrong though. It's so hard to know.

But that's not why I decided to respond to this thread. I was once in the middle of a conversation like this when a friend interrupted to say that all souls are ageless and timeless. That the very nature of a soul meant that it went back to the beginning of time and would continue until the end of it.

I've felt foolish discussing the age of my soul ever since then.

i have no idea. But somewhere around here is a recording of me speaking perfect 14th century French.

Im as old as the hills and I am alive and singing every day! Been around a few times I thinnk!

People tell me it's old and a few people have proved it.....

Old? Are you kidding? I'm so new my soul hasn't been born yet. Somehow or other, I got sent back in time. I gotta find a way back to the future. The 21st century is so barbaric.... ;)

"I was so much older then- I'm younger then that now"

I agree with those who feel the soul is ageless, really.

*happy dance happy dance*

So glad to see you!

I plan on avoiding doing work! Go me!

since the world came only into existence on the day i was born anyway, my soul is as old as the world. anything before that isn't true. all you older ones just made it up.
