To stop trick or treating? My sister is 17 and she wants me to go with her. I want to, but don't know if I am to old or not!

I always try to give candy to parents who walk around the neighborhood with their kids - especially if they are in costume. Everyone gets a treat who comes to my house! You are never too old - just make sure you're in costume and ready to do a trick!

Oh, goodness...that reminds me...
My parents' house has an L-shaped porch, and the front door is smack in the middle of the long part of the "L." My dad used to wait til my mom had taken me out trick-or-treating, and he'd get a neighbor to come over and help him. He'd dress all in black, and he had a Chewbacca mask that he bought at King's Island theme park (great mask, very realistic) that he wore. Well, he'd have the neighbor guy answer the door, and there would be this rope laying there. The neighbor would ask a kid to pull on the rope for him...making up some lame excuse...and my dad would come growling around the side of the porch. Never failed to have kids run screaming off the porch! I guess that's why we always had lots of candy left over...
