well the new job in the angel hotel went fine
9hr shift behind the bar with 2 15min breaks. (in a the deep end eh, only way to start)
embaressing start tho. the first two people i was introduced to i already knew (from drunken kisses/fondles in nightclubs from the past) but that soon disapeared.
could say it was a fun night to start as i worked on the function bar in the hotel which that night catered for an college graduation ceremony with many pissed 19yr olds trying it on
the only thing that annoyed me was the fact that all these kids didnt know they were born with some of them spending well in excess of £150 on drinks and £100 on a room for the night of daddys money.
i felt really sorry for the kids (not many of them) that didnt have that sort of money and had to ask for drinks off friends and be made to feel worthless because they didnt have the expensive suit/dress/handbag/neckless etc
she said i had the job after my trial period but next time not to be so matey with the guests as it wasn't a pub it was a 4 star hotel (i look a tit in my uniform by the way- something between bruce lee and anthoney worrell thompson(tv chef))
have to do the 6pm -3am shift tonight (its all money i supoose)
