In my travelling i have seen a total of 2 UFOs...once in Mexico near the border with Belize, and the other up in Alaska...and it scared the shit out of me.Have any of you ever seen a UFO?...or if not..do you believe that ETs exist? I was wondering

I have never seen a UFO, I think but I do believe in ETs because there is no way that we are the only sentient creatures living in the universe, let alone our galaxy- it would be absolutely crazy to think that.

I have seen flashes of weird colored lights in the sky out my window four or five times and then woke up the next day with pinpoint, very dark "bruises" all up and down the inside of my forearms, and one time there were "bruises" in the shape of two long fingers. they never hurt, and went away in a day.

One time when Dave and I were coming home from the bar, (he was drunk and passed out in the passenger seat till...) while sitting at a stop light, he jolted from sleep and said "did you say something?' and I had been silent. He sat very alertly in the seat,,( unusual for my drunk husband at 2:30am, ) When the light changed, I turned and headed down the road leading home. When we got about midway down this road. The overcast sky was a very visible grey, which made what happend next all the more outstanding. It happend very fast but (Dave and I are in pretty close consenses) under the cloud cover, above the tree line, and all around, a band of white light formed and jumped levels upward, changing from the original white after one strong pulse, to green for one pulse then blue, where it held for several pulses, the shot off above the cloud cover and was then gone.

After it was gone, I floored it down the road, and did a 10 minutes area loop on our lovely country roads. I passed several cars that were pulled over and the people were looking at the sky. Once I had made a loop around the area, I was driving past the Volunteer Fire station, and all the guys were outside, looking around, waiting for a call. I talked to several friends who all said they were watching T.V. and they went out on em when the flash happend.

I realize that there are climactic causes for upperlevel light activity but, I question that explaination for this sort of the. The microclimate factor were not significant enough for this kind of disturbance.(Daddy was a meterologist in the Airforce, Yucca Flats)

Were I worked at the time, I had a co-worker who's dad worked for the local Electrical monopoly of the time, (deregulated now) and there were no reports of a blown transformer, so..... That many witnesses, and you'd think it'd be in the paper... NOTHING. Later that week, I was working and Some Township cops came in and I asked if they'd check for me to see what was up. The next week they told me that on that night the city police station got flooded with 9-1-1 calls but no one could figure out what to do so they dropped it. What can you do, ya know? This is a pretty active airspace, so who knows.

So, to answer your question, No I have never seen a UFO, but I will say this, "Something's going on, that is worth our attention."

Crystalhaunting, Tell us what it looked like.

Well the UFO i saw near the Mexican/Belize border was in a cigar shape..with what looked like 3 portholes with bright light shining through..me and my partner were on a hill over looking one of the lesser Aztec pyarimids..we were camping out and examineing our finds for the day..when we noticed it..i would guess it was very close to the Aztec pyarimid..keep in mind that in that part of Mexico...Electricity is for the most part nonexistant..there was no town or village that i knew of for at least 20 miles each way.The UFO hovered over the structure for about 2 hours...not moving or making any dicernable sound..then all of a sudden..it whisked away at an incredible speed. The next day me and my partner slowly made our way to the pyarimid..some of the surronding vegatation was burnt to a crisp...i pulled out my gieger counter{hey im a geologist} and checked for radiation..it was very high...not safe for humans...so we left.I will never forget that night. My partner is half Aztec..he said it was the chariot of the Gods{he is very superstisuious}..I'm not sure what to think

I have seen UFOs twice. I was abducted in 1992.
Today I took some photos of some strange circles I found in my yard. Each is almost perfectly round and about the same size as the others.

I have posted the photographs on my web site for all to see. The addy for the photos is http://www.nightwatch2001.com/yard.htm

NO ONE else has seen one?..WOW!..I would think with all the experiences people here have had...they would have..
hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm

The truth is out there ...

... so why am I in here?

I've never seen UFOs but do subscribe to the view that we are 'not alone'.

ufo's

I Believe. We are not ALONE. To me to think that we are
the only species in this vast unexploried universe, would
be ignorant. They are out there, and I'm waiting for them..

I'm sure that somewhere in this infinite universe of ours there is intelligent life, other than on Earth. I do, however, believe that the other life-forms are nothing like what is on Earth and people won't be able to understand what they are like, until making contact with them. I can't understand why people always assume that other life-forms have the ability to travel around, talk, and look anything like what's on Earth. We'll never know what's out there until we actually know.

Once you apply critical thinking to the question you understand that there has never been anything close to substantial proof about any UFO experience recorded anywhere in the world (and before you give me a URL, I stand by that). However, there is a tremendous amount of data supporting ball lightning, hallucination, wish fullfillment, birds, satellites and pie plates thrown in front of video cameras.

Given the distances between star systems, the absense of any true proof, the enormous coincidence of the rise in UFO reports coinciding with the birth of the space age (supplanting identical "religious" experiences which were the UFO experience precursors), the unlikeliehood that two sentient life forms capable of space travel should evolve at the same time andfind each other {akin to two minnows with a life span of a day in two different oceans finding each other), and the tremendous number of positively sane (and much more likely) explanations for each encounter, I would have to say that the notion of aliens visiting earth is, on the whole, as silly as astrology, palm reading and a bi-partisan Congress.

But, I absolutely believe that life exists, most likely in abundance, all over the Universe (as recent mineral evidence from a pre-solar system asteroid suggests).

It's not by me but I've read it cover to cover a dozen times. It's a fabulous book for anyone who cherishes clarity of thought.

UFO's? Never saw one. I don't know if aliens have ever been here, but then again, I don't know they haven't either.
Extra Terrestrial life?
I think perhaps it is very, very arrogant of the human race to presume that given all the billions of possibilities, that we are the only ones that developed into a sentient species.
