How many days to approve a new story?

How many days does it usually take for a new story to be looked at and vetted for approval? (Longer than "2 business days?").

Anything up to two weeks.

The last update took a little over 3 weeks, but I think that was exceptionnal. I haven't been around very long, but usually, there was an update once every 5-10 days.

Any chance the webmaster is considering taking on an assistant. Someone who is an experienced contributor with well recieved stories. Could help to keep people coming back if approval times were spead up. Out of interest has anyone actually heard from the person. Email or otherwise

I don't know if he is looking for an assistant or something, but try sending him an e-mail. I got a response fairly quickly when I tried to contact him.

I'm not interested in being an assistant. I thought it would be good if one of the more experienced writer was made on. It could help the moderator in being a little quicker with updates and anyother problems we the writers have.

I think I figured it out... It's like the movie Groundhog Day we are doomed to repeat December 31st over and over until the end of time, unless we can get the hot girl to fall in love with us...I guess it is going to be a long wait.
