If you notice, on the news channels here, of what they're showing from Iraqi television, the images shown of Saddam and his council look remarkably the same...each and every time it's shown...and they claim that the meetings had taken place that day?

I'll assume he's alive until he's found dead. To do otherwise wouldn't be prudent at all.

What if he runs? What if he's already disappeared like bin Laden? This man isn't to be taken lightly, no matter how many times his cities are bombed.

I'll breathe a sigh of relief the day either he (or his corpse) are in custody. And even then I'll be jittery, for his legacy won't be forgotten by others of similar mind.

I have no idea, but whatever his state of health it seems he's lying down on the job.

I think he's appeared on TV just twice since the war started and neither appearance could be confirmed to have been since the attack on that initial attack on the bunker he was supposed to have been in.

GWB and Saddam should settle this whole thing mano e mano in a steel-cage match. Would save a lot of people a lot of suffering.
