How long do you "lather, rinse, repeat"?

That's my and every woman's title in San Francisco. If you can drive a gear-shift in a city of hills you can drive anywhere.

I can see where my instincts for staying in the flatlands were quite sound.

Nooooo... if you can drive a stick shift in a country full of steep hills with ICY ROADS 3/4 OD THE YEAR...

...THEN you can really drive everywhere!
 
If your vehicle is large enough and it fires when you turn the key...then you may drive anywhere.
