How long before I get a confirmation email?

Apologies for a topic for such a quick question, and I'm sure it's likely in the wrong place, but I couldn't find a general 'help with the site' forum. I also did a fair bit of searching, on here as on google, and couldn't find anything.

I am trying to register second account on literotica, with another email address, purely for more serious fiction. It told me the confirmation email with the validation code was on its way but I haven't got it in a couple of days now. I don't know whether I should keep waiting or this means it hasn't arrived. It's not in my junk folder either.

Also, clicking 'resend validation code' does absolutely nothing but act as if I've tried to login with nothing (it'll just say invalid code or something).

If it's supposed to take a while, that's fine, I'm just an impatient bastard and would prefer to know rather than wait when it's never going to come

Did you try using the account and it didn't work?

This is a question you need to ask the Web site directly. Unfortunately, apparently the only way you can do that is with a PM (private message) to either Laurel or Manu using the private message system at the top right of this screen.

No one on the forum can help you much with this question.

I don't know Laurel or Manu. Is there a link to PM them? It's been years since I've used this forum.

Did you check your spam/junk folder?

A lot of automatic communications such as confirmation requests get dumped there by spam mitigation software.

My hotmail spam folder is permanently empty. "We're fighting to keep spam out of your junk folder as well as your inbox".
