I'm not sure if this is an appropriate story for this board so please tell me. This is how i got hooked on facesitting and then got into the more hardcore bdsm. I wouldn't mind hearing any comments you might have.

I wonder if that applies to fiction works submitted, only.

I wonder if (truthfullly) saying in a forum "I, John Doe, kissed my sister when I was 12. That is my story." is also forbidden???

Thus any "problem" depends on 1) what the rule says, and 2) what type of "story" ladychrista intends it to be.

Maybe the Gods of Lit. or one of those to whom they speak directly can clarify.

With all due respect, I think you misunderstand the law and the rules at lit: Taking the latter first, they don't say [in a story] 'graphic sex involving minors is forbidden', they say 'sex involving minors is forbidden'.

Here's a quote from the Literotica official FAQ

What are the Guidelines for submitting a story?

These are available on our Writer's Guidelines page. Basically, our biggest requirement is that we do not accept any story in which characters under the age of 18 are involved in sexual situations. If after reading our Guidelines you still have questions, feel free to email us.

And in Submission guidelines:
3. No sexual activity involving bestiality (you can write stories about supernatural beasts like ghosts, unicorns, werewolves, etc.) or underage persons will be considered. For the purposes of this site, the minimum legal age is 18.

(Incidentally, in forum rules I can find no mention of the issue of an adult [assumed of all lit members] truthfully telling about something sexual that happened in his/her underage years. Certainly molestation has been referred to, for example.)

So a story cannot be posted that says, "I saw a lot of my boyfriend when I was 15, and we ended up having fine sex right there in the backseat of the car. He took me home after."

Why would Lit be that way?


The law(s) though mightily unclear (and some are suspended while the courts look at them) seem to be worried about involving minors --which is why LIT is worried-- and that includes possibly Romeo and Juliet. Indeed where pictures are concerned sometime a fairly 'innocent' picture is grounds for prosecution, i.e., of a naked five year old girl running on the beach (no genital exposure). Further one law goes after material 'harmful to minors' and that might even include--hypothetically-- a site for teens that posts advice on using condoms.

So there are complex issues, and Lit, in its stories takes a very cautious approach so far as I know.

The first point. These are stories. The second, Oz, is a fantasy. The first describes something most people don't want to happen (killing one's cat for no good reason). I would say these are stories acceptable to read, to publish, to distribute. Do you agree?

The second point: Are some fantasies(=certain fictional writings), besides unappealing to you, signs that the _author_ of the fiction is sick, mentally disordered, criminal?

If yes, well, please supply a list, and we can discuss it.

I find it to be hard to believe this is a true story...

First, I can't imagine my parents having a teenage boy babysit me when i was a child.

Second, I can't imagine said teenage boy jerking himself off in the livingroom of a family who he is baby sitting for. (if he was going to do it I'd think it would be in a place like the bathroom)

Third, I can't imagine what a long shot it must be to just happen to have a submissive boy who is aware of it, who is also willing to submit to a pre-pubecent girl.

it was the replies that implied that she was younger.

Heh, I was 12 my freshman year of high school; I graduated when I was 16.

I thought the point was that this is a true story. Changing it from 'I was 12' to 'I was in high school' still doesn't make it better - most high schoolers under 18. (Yeah, they're highly sexualized, but you still have to consider legality.)
