How edit a story title?

The editor changed the title of one part of my story to a particular format, but not the next part, and now it looks out of place. How can I fix this?

Submit the second part again with EDIT in the title, explain in the Note to the Editor what the sequencing problem is, and ask if it can be fixed.

There's no guarantee that it will be fixed - it's an automated chapter sequencing process, and it does go wrong from time to time. I've got the same story sequence repeated - one sequence is right, the other is wrong - but it's been two years now since I asked for it to be fixed, and it's still doubled up. Readers are clever though, and can usually figure it out.
