How does one post an image?

E.g., a cartoon found online, or a photo. How does one embed it in a post?

While typing your post you will see above a rectangular box you can click on and prompted to insert image. Drag or drop the image there.

As of now there is no upload only a http link system for images and I have tried a few different site-host but none of their links for with literotica. So I'm curious how people do it these days?

It seems that different forums have different options. In this forum I have the "Drop file here" option but in the other forum I only have the "insert http link" option. Weird
