How do you update your profile

I'm having a hard time trying to figure out how to change my profile. I looked
In FAQ's & it said go to site map click login, of course I'm already logged in. Then it says that it will take you to you profile and that there will be a edit profile link at the top of the page.

Got to the site map however I'm already logged in, so no login link, then when I Iog out and log back in... well anyway I can't get it to work. I get back to my profile no edit link.

I guess you're right. I couldn't save my changes.

I found it odd that the available birth years go back to 1882. It's hard to believe that there are any listers who are almost 140 years old...

That is not true.

I have used Laurel's profile as an example in this next pic. I didn't have the time to wade through many members to find a person who had their profile filled out more. Lit had the option of adding your full DOB, month and day, or age only. (Or leave it blank.) You could also add your location and "interests" (same concept as "fetishes" in the Story Side profile). And, of course, you could fill out the biography section.

Another example would be the user Carnevil. Under "location" he put location, location, location!

Thank you for all of the feedback and comments on this issue!

We are in the middle of making major changes to the entire backend of Lit. One of the upcoming steps in this update is an upgrade to the Lit forum software. Some of the work has required intermittent disconnections between the site profile and the forum profile. We are working to make that connection permanent as soon as possible. Our goal is to bring member/author profiles into sync across the entire site.

Never said you were a liar. I said that I joined in 2009 and we couldn't set one up then.

You said it's been broken since 2012. But then say Mellow_SixtyNine set up hers in 2014. Which is it. Has it been broken since 2012 or was it available for users in 2014? Can't be both.

What I know was I couldn't set one up in 2009, and when I asked, I WAS TOLD by others who had been around longer than me that it had never been available. Unlike you I took their word instead of searching for a way to prove them wrong.

I am not surpried the site owners have something no one else does. On the site I own, I have things none of the members do, BECAUSE I own the site.

Maybe it was available at one time. It is not anymore and hasn't been since at least 2009.

I read a post that the story side profile would be used on the forum as well, and it would be upgraded like the other changes being made.
