In the thread - yes. In fact, some appeared in the thread and later disappeared.

Some sites don't allow image hosting, like angelfire, and others have programs to detect bandwith stealing and block it off. Those programs may take a second to kick in which is why the pic might show up for a second or two.

Can you feel my pain?

Nope - that's not it. Some of the pics were from my own webspace.

It may be that some pics are too large for the site... Try resizing and post again...miles said:...........in your post? Some show up, others don't.

Dillinger said:If you upload pics to the lit server from your computer then they will show up as a link - not directly visible in the thread. Lit did this to make pages load faster and to save server resources so that only the people who want to are actually accessing the database.
However, if you link to a picture on another web site then it will show up on the page. This is not a drain on Lit servers when its done this way.
As mentioned above, some sites block the ability for you to link to their pictures. Its a copyright protection kind of thing - hence the reasons you will sometimes get the "X" - and sometimes even a message basically saying "naughty, naughty - you can't do this."

They were linked to my own filthy, porn-ridden, web space. They should have shown up.
