How do you like your eggs?

I like to eat two eggs at a time.

I start with eggs, I add 1 cup of butter, 3/4 cup of granulated sugar, 3/4 cup of brown sugar and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract and beat the mixture. I add 2 1/4 cups of flour, 1 teaspoon of baking soda, and 1 teaspoon of salt. Then I add 2 cups of chocolate chips.

I scoop teaspoon rounds of my egg mixture on a baking pan, bake at 375 degrees for 10-15 minutes.

Then I chow down on my eggs with ice milk.

Hot Damn! I wanna lick your beaters clean and get you to bust some pecans off in that recipe!

3 eggs whisked with a small drop of milk and a generous amount of fresh ground black pepper.

Throw into a frying pan on a low heat. When just starting to solidify throw in a half handful of Pancetta and a little freshly chopped chives. Stir for a minute to finish cooking.

Serve with a piece of buttered toast and a cup of tea.

Done.

I'm still over-cooking the poached egg but I think I've figured it out. I've been flipping them over.

Cracking eggs on the pan edge can lead to an increase in the calcium content of the meal.

I used to like boiled eggs soaked in pickle juice as well as beet juice. Pretty and tasty.
