Hey,

I am curious of anyone has any tips on getting back to attention quicker after a climax? I can go a few rounds in a night but it can generally be up to 20-30 minutes before Im ready again. There have been occasions where it's been 10 minutes and I was wondering is there a special technique that anyone uses to get back in for quick extra innings. After my first climax I tend to last a long ass time but its getting to that point and then its even harder after that climax to get back with any sort of speed. :|

Any tips ideas would be appreciated

I find it hard to beleive no one has any techniques etc for quick recovery

Not a guy, but part of the lack of replies might be because a 20-30 minute recovery period is normal for a younger guy (it's my understanding any way).

Have patience....you've posted during the day....my guess is the night crowd might be able to provide you with some help.

In the mean time don't waste that 20-30 minutes...all sorts of other things you can do....and I'm not talking the dishes. :D

The duration between erections for a male varies from individual to individual. Researchers call this MRP or Male Refractory Period. It can be as short as a few minutes to as long as an hour or two.

Now while there are no known medical means of reducing one's MRP, once the period of hyper-sensitivity has ended, you and your partner should look at the rest of your MRP time as more foreplay time. The more stimulation your partner can provide, the more chance you'll achieve an erection sooner.

By this I don't mean she (or he) should immediately start giving you a blow job as soon as you can stand it. Like it or not, the MRP exists and you need to learn to live with it. Consider the time well spent if you spend it cuddling, perhaps making her cum a time or two before you start working on building up another erection. It might not be what you wanted to hear, but believe me, your partner is going to think you're a better lover if you pay attention to her for a half hour or hour before you start again.

And yes, before someone jumps on me, I'll mention viagra....

Viagra can eliminate the MRP in a young healthy male, but you shouldn't take viagra unless you have a valid medical reason to do so. Its a drug designed to help males with erection problems, but in a healthy male with no problems it can lead to painful, and sometimes dangerously long erections.

When I was in my teens & early twenties I had a refractory period on a scale of seconds. It was purty cool. Now that I'm in my early 30's, though, it doesn't happent that way, any more!

Great thanks.. Actually I was informed by my girls yesterday it is only about 15 minutes at most I guess I just seemed longer (maybe a pun was intended) I thought this was the response I was going to get but I didnt think it would hurt to ask.. Nowadays nothing seems impossible I thought I might have got some things like 'stand on your head' ' drink a galon of water' 'say the alphabet really fast' who knows..

Thanks for the confirmations
