How do you find someone to have an experience with?

So the subject is the question. What's a safe way to find some one with the same interest to explore?

I'm glad you asked this question, as I to am
in this same situation.
For me it would be over a bunch of chatt'in
and maybe cam'min, gettin to know
each other before a face to face meeting.
Might help to relieve a little tension
before actually meeting.
Trust is something you will have
to judge yourself, unfortunately.
Seems there are a lot of curious guys
out there, just "clickin" with the right
one is the biggest hurdle.

There are always personals and such (like the ones on this site) but I think that trust is very important.

In my case I was lucky that I knew someone that I trusted and was willing to give me the opportunity to experiment. He is my friend, so I could be honest with him and it made me much more comfortable.

In the end, if I were to do it again (and I may) I would have to get the know the person and trust them enough to be honest. I know I could meet someone through that first friend, so I would say if you know someone well enough that you can trust, a friend-of-a-friend situation could work.

I have met two fun partners right in here.
One of which I now enjoy a great relationship with.
At first, it was alot of emailing, then phone calls, then a meet and greet, then fun time.
The other guy I still call for the seldom needed booty call.
