How do you access another members profile?

New user here. When I am in chat, how do I access another member's profile? This should be a simple, intuitive task, but I have tried left click, right click; on both the users name in the room and on the sidebar.

This should also be an FAQ. Please post instructions.

Tap on the user’s name, then tap on their avatar. From there you’ll see their activity, posts, and about them. That’s as far as you’ll get.

Click on the triangle to the right of the user's name in the chatroom sidebar. This will give you an option to open their profile.

On a number of forums, i find clicking the name twice (once loading the mini-menu, the second will jump you directly to their profile).
