You either upload an image (to Lit's specifications) or link from a host site.

Start a post.
scroll down...
To "manage attachments" button and click on it.
a window opens....
click on browse. to find your image;
100KB max...
maximum dimensions 800pixels Wide by Maximum 600 pixels High
Saved as a bmp or..gif or jpe or jpeg or jpg or png
the click on Upload.
then post your message.
if you want it to appear in your message...click on the text of attacment and copy the url (the address) and the paste THAT into your message between and
