How do I submit a story with chapters?

I've searched a lot, but how do I set up a story series/chapters; that is, an ongoing series, ch.01 ch.02 etc. apart from putting it in the title?

Same title followed by the Ch. 02. Each subsequent chapter would have the next higher number. Use the 0x form, just in case your chapters exceed 9.

That's the way it's done.

Even if you didn't put a Ch. 01 on the title, Laurel will add it once the second one is submitted.

Look at my stuff at lit and you'll see a whole bunch of chapter stuff.
