How do I submit a revised story?

I had a story rejected because I used non-standard notation for dialog. I have made the requested revisions, and am ready to resubmit it, but I get a dialog box that informs me that I have already submitted a story by that name.

Yes, but the story never got accepted. I'd rather not rename the story. Does anybody know of a way to delete or overwrite the earlier version of the story?
