How do I spice things up?

Hey there....

I've been married, going on 8 years in November of this year. My wife and I love each other very much and have an OK love life.

I say OK in the sense that we're both relatively on the same page about it (frequency, what we like and don't like, techniques, etc.). But lately I've been feeling a little bit bored in the bedroom.

Seems all we ever do is the same old-same old. I've talked to her about it but to be honest I don't really know what it is I want to change. Actually I'm not sure that I want to change anything, rather add to it.

I'm pretty sure you will get some good ideas but I will recommend that you check out the BLANK MANUAL stickied at the top of this forum, believe it or not there is a heading titled "Spice things up" how could I not suggest it to you. particularly when you are not sure exactly what you want, which I understand too.
