How do I resubmit a published story?

I have a couple of published stories that I want to fix. How do I do that without losing the votes and comments? I know this has likely been asked and answered but I did a quick search of threads and didn't find it.

Resubmit them just as you did the first time, except add this to the title "- EDIT" without the quotes. Everything should be exactly the same except the text of the story.

Also put a link to the story in the Notes box along with the word EDIT in there somewhere.
