Hi folks long time reader first time writer. I have a fantasy I'd love to have your opinions on. I submitted it by email but haven't seen it post yet please help

No, you will not receive any type of notification. All you can do is check your author submissions page every morning until that "pending" is changed to "approved." And do not click on the "pending". That will send you to the back of the line.
