Many things you can do and try.

For starters, you might drink a glass of wine before having sex. Alcohol may relax you just enough to delay your ejaculation. Or there's the old tried and true practice of masturbating a few hours before making love. This works - but not all women are exactly ecstatic about having to sit there for 15-30 seconds. Even if I continue to rub her breasts and stimulate her clitoris, my wife hates those 15-30 seconds that prolong our pleasure. But she doesn't hate it as bad as ejaculating after only 5 minutes of pleasure. So it's worth it. Just make sure you keep her going while you let your engine cool down.
