How do I meet a shemale?

Okay, so I've been perusing the forums for some time...


I know there's a lot of interest in shemales/cds out there, and there are a lot of cd's on this forum, but does anyone have any tips about how to meet in person (specifically with sex in mind, but friendship as well?). I've heard about craigslist, but I'm a little too spooked to use that... any other ideas?

Try a gay bar. You may or may not find shemales there looking to get picked up, but your odds are 1000x better than anyplace else that I can think of.

I guess it depends on what you want. A trans women is going to be highly, highly offended at being called a shemale. Right off that kills any concept of sex Shemale is only used in the porn industry so what you really might want is a prostitute. Most trans woman do not have operable penises once hormones start so there is a very small percentage of women out there that would fill your fantasy. If you want a person with a dick who wears female clothes I'd suggest the cd idea. You can look on Fetlife.

You could try prayer. But, whatever you do, do not go to Craigslist for meeting anyone (expecially sex).

Many larger cities have groups and events for transfolk, crossdressers, and their admirers. For instance, Seattle's major sex-positive space has special parties that cater to transgendered people, crossdressers and those who like them. One is certainly not guaranteed meeting the right people or sex at such events, but they offer the opportunity to connect with openminded people, potentially start some sort of friendship/relationship and possibly play.

Fetlife and similar focused social networking sites is a great suggestion, but also look into what your local "sex positive", "queer" and "kink/fetish" communities have to offer in that terms of socializing. It may take some searching and polite asking, but you'll probably be pointed in the right direction by someone(s).

You might also find some interest groups via Yahoo Groups, Meetup.com and by asking for advice on Craigslist. I don't suggest meeting people for sex on CL (although you may have some luck finding platonic friends/activity partners who happen to be transwomen or crossdressers) because CL tends to be a breeding ground for lunatics, criminals, liars and other undesirable folks. However, there are some nice and honest people on there who could probably point you in the right direction in terms of hooking up with your trans and CD'ing communities. Just find the appropriate section, post an ad stating your interest in meeting transgendered women and crossdressing men for friendship, and ask if anyone knows of groups or events that welcome openminded admirers. Use a disposable email address and make sure any responses you get are legit before you reply.

Regardless of where you connect, if you do happen to meet someone you'd like to meet for coffee or something else platonic, take every precaution, like getting pics of them, voice verifying, making sure you have their real phone number before you go meet, not divulging any of your personal info and meeting in a completely safe public place.
