How do I enter a contest or submit my own work I am lost LOL

That link will get you to your members page. The links along the left side of the page include "submit" You'll probably have to login with your member name and password first.

Monthly contests require no special action. Every story submitted and accepted to Literotica is entered.

For special contests, you'll want to review the sticky posts at the top of the Author's Hangout forum such as:

Just make sure you do not try to enter the AIR contest. It is a made up contest run by Lit's resident whack job.
