How Do I Contact A Moderator/administrator?

I can't change my avatar under my user profile (the feature hasn't been enabled). If this helps, I recently was "promoted" from 'virgin' to 'experienced' in my user status.

Anybody have a clue who I contact to see about this? Can't seem to locate/contact the head bean around here.

There is a "contact us" link at the bottom of every BB page and almost every other page on this site. There is also a "report this post to a moderator" link at the bottom of every post.

It's not really very hard to figure things like this out if you look around just a bit.
