How do I clear Latest/My Authors activity from my profile

I have unfollowed some authors and stories, yet their activity is still listed under My Home. How do I get rid of it? Is there a way to delete it, or reset my profile?

Don't think you can do much. The database should eventually catch up. I reckon you just need to wait.
