PM Laurel with the request immediately along with the new name. It has been done in the past. Be aware that it can take up to a week for her to read her PMs cause she's really busy.

Another thing you can do is watch this board around 9 to midnight EST for her. Then post a thread entitled LAUREL HELP!!!!!

She will go to chat every once in a while as well. Look for a thread with the word "Chat" in it and see if she posts.
