First, join Literotica as a member. That's free.
You already have a computer and Internet connection, or you wouldn't have been able to submit this query, so there's no extra expense there.
You would do well to invest in a good word-processing program, ideally with grammar- and spell-checking facilities. Word and WordPerfect are two good ones. These do cost money, but Star Office 5.2 from Sun is free and should do all you need (not sure on spell check etc in Star Office - I think it's there).
Read all the F.A.Qs and the Writers Resources.
If you're unsure about your work, consider enlisting the aid of one of the Volunteer Editors
Write.
Submit.

Just an additional piece of info - yes there is a Spell check on the Star Office 5.2. They are also bringing out a Star Office 6.0 which you cannot download but the prices are very cheap.
In the UK Star Office costs under UKP 30, compared to nearly UKP500 for MS Office. I only went over to MS Word because I needed it for compatibility reasons. - Personally I think that the Star Office software is far superior to MS Office.
