How come theres are no democrat talk shows

I mean the republicans have Rush Limbaugh I presume 5 days a week 3-4 hours a day.

but the only thing I can find for the Democrats is http://www.democrattalkradio.com 1 day a week 1 hour.

I hear all the complaints about Rush and Neal so why aren't they putting something beter out there?

Every news outlet that you mention is extremely conservative. The media companies are giant conservative corporations, just like Enron or GE. The only reason you think they are liberal is because you were told that by the conservative media themselves. The reason they told you that is so that you would not believe anything that is critical of conservatives. It is a trick and you have fallen for it. I think conservative radio is about validation. People listen and call in seeking validation of their views from their hosts.

I seldom listen to them because they make me so sad- so many scared confused people out there. These talk shows are obviously answering a need.

As for democratic talk shows- not in the land of the truck-driving-catfish-eaters.

One only has to drive around to see what I mean. You got your "Charlton Heston is MY President" on the glass below the gun rack and rebel flag. You got the "The Bible Says it, I Believe It" crowd.

And then you got your post-911 people who are suddenly crapping jingoism everywhere.

I for one am glad we don't have any liberal talk shows. The conservative ones help us plenty in their current format.

Unless you are under 25 years old, you must know of the liberal bias. In a way, they fucked themselves by creating a fertile ground for radio for idiots like Rush. I disagree with him about as much as I agree, but it was such a novelty to listen to someone who didn't have a liberal bias. Same thing with Fox TV who actually presents both sides, but that's so rare on TV that liberals piss their pants when they watch what has become the highest rated news show on TV.

Over half of the voter turn out in the last presidential election is on welfare. Remember...over 500,000 more voted democratic than republican.

My father in law(a lifelong republican, Reagan supporter), voted for Gore. He said Bush was unsuitable for the job. He is a millionaire by the way. Good church going Catholic, raised nine children...very smart man. Sees through the bullshit quiet well. (Raising that many kids demands that ability)

My landlord...another very wealthy man. Voted democratic. Thinks Rush is a buffoon.

On the other hand...the new driver we just hired...white trash, not the brightest strand of lights on the tree, having his house repossesed; Yep, you guessed it, Rush supporter. I would venture to say that close to 100% of the journalists in this country are college educated..and 90% vote democrat. Most of the truckdrivers are barely highschool graduates..dyed in the wool Republicans.

In short...liberals are able to glean the facts from a news story and leave the opinion behind. It's called critical thinking. We read and listen to the news and form our own opinions(sometimes liberal, sometimes conservative, always our own). Conservatives don't trust anything they hear or see so they spend hours listening to Rush and his ilk so they know what to think for the day.

It's amazing how Rush can make all those puppets say all those things and you can't even see his lips move.

If you notice all of the liberals have to explain why they are liberal and correct (not right). Conservatives (not Republicans) are able to think for themselves with the simple barometer of what is right and what is wrong.
Face it, you are responsible for yourself - and you do not deserve a handout because you are not educated, got pregnant, quit your job, have 10 kids, worked for Enron, or are an addict. No you are like that because of choices that you made and if I (taxpayers) bail you out we are only hurting you and the rest of society by not allowing you to earn the self respect that you deserve.
