How come I can't upload an avatar?

It shows up on the main Literotica site but when I enter the forum, its gone. Why?

Part of your confusion is probably due to Literotica having two different "Avatars" -- one for Authors/the main site and one for the forums. You can either, both, or neither but the main site avatar will never show on the forums and the forum avatar will never show on the main site.

The

Forums also offer a "Profile Picture" and a "Signature Picture" just to confuse things. 100 posts are required before you can upload any of the forum images.

As for the avatar on the story side...it really doesn't display anywhere and you have to have some submission before you can upload one and then it has to be authorized by the powers that be. (Laurel)

As for where to start, you start here... https://www.literotica.com/members/main.php ... you will have to login on the story side first. This link will take you to your story dashboard.

Click on submissions. Then Submit. Then Submit a Story. Then just fill out the form. The easiest method is to copy and paste the story into the text box. Click preview to see if it looks okay, then submit.

The preferred format is block paragraphs...they should look just like this reply does. Each paragraph separated by a extra carriage return.
