That sentence turned on the red warning lights for me. If you work for the same company and you out rank this woman, be very careful in anything that you do. Even just working for the same company is a red flag as a potential problem. Sexual harassment claims are common and a pain in the ass.

I'm not an expert, but I've always been told the person who has the higher rank, whether male or female, automatically is assumed to have the most clout in the relationship and the most responsibility from a corporate point of view. Even if she stalks you, YOU could end up being the one in trouble. Having given her erotic stories to read and edit for you could be twisted oh so many ways in a court battle, for example.
