So today I started cutting the wood for the next planter. It was a bit uncomfortable but nothing several gallons of water and Lemon Ade couldn't deal with. (I was wringing out my Do-Rag on a regular basis.)

I ran out of wood before I was done but it's getting close. Here's a picture of it just barely put together.

Tomorrow I'll pick up another Timber as well as the rest of the bolts needed and start putting it together.

Well we finished the wood cutting today. Then I started playing around with it. Here's what I came up with, I think it looks pretty good even though it isn't bolted together or put in place yet.

This is what it's going to replace.

We'll be pulling away the stonework and removing the flowering plants. Once it's evened out I'll put the Octagonal Planter in place and bolt it together. It'll be refilled with good dirt and then new plants will be put in it. (I'm still not sure just what for plants we'll be putting in there.)
