I think sauna sex is a very interesting idea. Lots of sweat and they could already be nude going into it. Most saunas are not co-Ed but I don't think too many will question that.

Make sure the backstory is clear and you could have a fun story on your hands.

I think it would benefit the story to build the sexual tension between them. You said that they work together, so maybe he has always had a crush on her but knowing she was married assumed that she wouldn't be interested. She likes to hang out with him at the gym because she is a little turned on by his strong muscular body, much in contrast to her husband who has a "dad bod".

I think this has a lot of potential, but you have to make sure you put in the detail to get people interested. Work on getting the "story" part good and then have fun with the sex stuff.

Possibilities, based on sauna location:
