Horton is a BIG mountain of a young man, freakishly so. All through adolescence, everybody makes fun of him, often asking if he's "heard a Who"...after the Seuss story. Somehow, Horton ends up living the only place where no one judges him, a brothel. The girls like this, because he is docile, but his size means that they don't need a pimp or bouncer - any commotion is quelled the instant he emerges from his room.

But eventually, the girls realize that all day and all night, Horton lies in his room, hearing them with men, and that maybe they can repay his kindness in special ways....

Other than the big plot hole of how he ends up living in a brothel in the first place, can anyone use this?

How he ends up in the brothel is the prequel silly, Horton Saves a Ho. :D

When i read this thread title, of course i thought of Seuss. :) Thought maybe this was going to be a parody/fan-fic piece. And then i thought, "But elephants can't have sex on Lit, Silly Daddy!" lol

Upon reading this thread, i thought that You have a cute idea here! :) Oftentimes the very big, menacing looking men can be the most gentle teddy bear types. (Even IF they are a bouncer or bodyguard, etc.) So, if he had been teased a lot through his youth that would have an impact on him. It would make him even more gentle and docile, yet "the protector" to the ladies of the evening.

(Maybe he lives in a brothel because the owner thought he would make a good bodyguard for the girls, handyman in exchange for room and board? Etc. Also, love Mappy's prequel! :D Another cute title!)

i think, when Horton hears a ho, there should be some great "verbal voyeurism" going on in the story with his visual stimulation in his mind. i'm sure he'd have a favorite girl and all. ;)
