Horror and Hardcore Sex

Before undergoing the actual writing, I wanted to get an opinion from other writers, preferably those who love horror/gore as much as sex. I have an idea for a zombie story with hardcore sex scenes in it. The two parts would be seperate (no sex with zombies / zombie raping). In the same frame as Friday The 13th (slasher horror with teen sex) but going into more detail about the sex. It would be lengthy short story with a beginning, middle and end. Any thoughts on the matter would be most appreciated.

Hey, I've seen zombie sex done to good effect! Check out the "Book of the Dead" anthologies ... there's a few nicely creepy examples in there.

Off the top of my head, I remember one called "Abed," about a mother-in-law who is determined to get a grandbaby even though her son's a zombie ... another in which a woman is raped by half the undead townspeople ... another about a live human born from zombie coupling ... another in which the entire world is populated by zombies, to whom sex consists of literally eating their partners ... you get the drift.

And, of course, there's the "Book of All Flesh" and its successors ... a trilogy of zombie tales (to which, dare I say, I've sold two stories, non-sexy though they be).

The house is dark when you get home late. All is quiet except for light moans echoing through the darkness. Your heart pounds as you recognize the tone of joyful sex and the sound of your loving wife's voice. You finally reach the doorway to your bedroom and cut on the light.

SCREAMS!!!

You scream seeing the decaying body of your wife's dead boyfriend on top of her. She screams realizing that it wasn't you would was causing her such pleasure, and that it is a dead man.

I think that's both funny and scary.
