Our emergency water restrictions were lifted and my town can water our dead shrubs 3 x / week!

The longest summer is over and it's 50 degrees. No AC!

My friend in Canada sent me a pic of a beautiful abstract!

Making a plan and getting some stuff done.

That's great but is it worth it to water a dead plant?

they're fighting for life. they're not completely dead, just a little challenged. i'll keep you informed. yeah, there is hope for survival!
That's good. The drought here was pretty bad too. We could still water every other day though. Our big problem here was dumb asses burning trash in their back yard and then because it was so dry they ended up burning their houses down. There is a no burn order in effect.

Okay, that belongs in the Boo-hoo thread. I'm sorry to hear that. I was concerned about the fire risk here, too. Concerned enough not to play with paint stripper and gasoline in proximity to each other.
