Another thing is to not announce your disabilities right off the bat.

Yes there are some who will say that you aren't being honest is disclosing those things up front, but the person you want to have a relationship with (virtual or IRL) should want to get to know YOU, not your disabilities.

You can introduce the disabilities later in the relationship a little at a time and judge the degree of acceptance on an individual basis and go from there.
