My idea is a young guy 21 or so is homeless after getting out of the army from mental health. He hangs out in a nice house area of NYC where in the day time its safe, but at night its dangerous.. He spots a new good looking woman that is looking scared as she is walking in the part of town (to her home from work late at night as a banker or someone that has to dress up in a suit kind of job.)

Frist night him fallowing her scares her as he is a strange man fallowing her. After a few nights he fallows her home and starts to live under her deck.

As she walks and starts to find it normal for this man to fallow her. She stops looking at him as a stocker but more like a body guard.. In time leaving her door open at night for him to fallow her in and watch... Its here where as she sleeps he can explore her body lightly. She may repay him for watching her with a bit of a show... things build from there into a consenting full relationship..

If someone wants to play the lady, please let me know.. I will re-write this.. Can be done in first person or third. Tho I would prefer it as first person. Co-writer can make the lady fit there personality/looks.. I just ask to keep her a female.. LOL

I have been in NYC, home downtown homes don't have them but some of the outter city ones do. As they even have full yards like every other town.
