On my Luedon home page, the My Activity entries have disappeared and been replaced by a message about making contributions etc.

The All Activity and Works Activity are fine as normal, it's just the My Activity that's disappeared. All was well until a couple of days ago.

Can it be fixed please?

Probably a cache thing rather than a site thing. Try clearing your browsing history.

Let us know if clearing the browser history helps because I have the same problem and it bothers me to no end.

It is fixed, but I don't know whether clearing my browser history did it. I have always cleared it every couple of days anyhow.

The thing was that it was only the list of my own comments on other people's stories, not the other two lists of activities on my stories, which includes my activities as well as other people.

It's happened again

Once again the comments made by me have disappeared and been replaced by "this is the default message" etc etc. Again the two columns with comments and activity by other people on my own stories are still there, but my comments on other people's stories have disappeared.

Thanks to the person who suggested clearing the cache, but I did that the first time and I have done it again for this time with no effect.

The missing column reappeared just as mysteriously as it disappeared the first time. Could somebody please make it reappear again?

It's been gone for two days this time. It's annoying.

Can you confirm the exact URL of the page that you are having trouble with? Is it on the All Activity > My Activity tab only or are you having problems on other activity screens as well?

Also, can you let me know which browser this happens with? When it happens with your main browser, have you tried using another browser to see if you have the same issue?

I have tested several accounts and I cannot reproduce the error so far, but you could be using the site in a different way, so I want to get as much information as possible to try to find out what is happening.

One more question.

When you say "a message about making contributions" has appeared, is that the message that would appear if you have no works/activity? Is it the default message for new users?

Hi Manu and thanks for responding,

The problem page is headed All Activity with three columns below. All Activity, Works Activity and My Activity.

There is data in the first two columns when they are opened, but the My Activity column gets a message "Uh-oh. Nothing here yet. This is the default home page" etc etc.

I'm using Firefox and the page address is https://www.literotica.com/my/#/activity/my

It's been gone for three or four days this time.

Still no joy

The problem has been going on this time for much longer than the first time.

I have tried clearing everything on the Firefox browser: history, cache, cookies etc and still no joy. I have tried MS Edge and Google with no success. The thing I don't understand is why it assumes that I have no published stories and gives me this message apparently intended for those who aren't authors.

And yet it has two columns with other people's comments on my stories.

It's just my comments on other people's stories that it doesn't want to recognise.

It's annoying. I like to have a record of the stories I comment on so that I can go back and see other people's comments on those stories as well. But that record has disappeared.

It's come good.

I added Piper Hamlin as a favourite author, and the third column has now come to life, showing the complete history of my comments.

And now I have un-favourited him and the page has stayed fixed. Magic.
