so I don't know if this is safe or not but what i did was ... First I took some 3/4" vinyl tubing and attached one end to a 1 gallon zip lock. then i made sure the other end was smooth(no rough or sharp edges.) I filled it with water, getting all the air out, then slowly slid the tube which i lubed into my ass. Then put it up on something to flow. Works for me. Does it all make sense?

You can get an enema kit in the drugstore for under $15 and better ones online for the same price or less. They're often sold as 'feminine douching kits' and/or are in the feminine hygiene section, and have a bag, tubing, clamp and several nozzles. It's probably a lot cheaper and easier to just buy one than make your own in the long-run.
Google 'self-enema instructions' and use plain, warm water (no soap or anything). It takes some practice and care, but it's not that difficult.
