I hesitate to publish this, knowing that it will probably set off a stampede among the more well to do Literotica people. However. I would never forgive myself if I failed to let someone know of the oportunity of a lifetime. A private home on 160 acres with 10 berooms to allow for guests. PLUS, a private gondola-like chairlift that will carry residents to the Yellowstone Club's private ski slopes! Grab this one quickly, it will not last! Comment?

U.S. home to set world price record at $155 mln

NEW YORK, Jan 25 (Reuters Life!) - If you're looking for a new home and have $155 million to spare, you could be the proud owner of the world's most expensive abodes.

Forbes.com, the online site of Forbes magazine, on Thursday said timber and real estate baron Tim Blixseth has just upped the ante in the price of the world's most expensive home, planning to build and sell a home for $155 million.

The 53,000-square-foot stone and wood mansion will be built at the Yellowstone Club, a members-only, residential ski and golf resort near Bozeman, Montana developed by Blixseth.

That tops the $139 million asking price for Updown Court in Windlesham, England, which was listed No. 1 in the Forbes.com list of the world's most expensive homes in 2006.

It aso exceeds the $125 million that U.S. media mogul and reality TV star Donald Trump is asking for the renovated estate he owns in Palm Beach, Florida.

Blixseth, who ranks No. 322 in the 2006 Forbes 400 list with a $1.2 billion fortune, said he had already received interest in the home.

"Some of (the world's richest) just have to have the best. Price is not an issue," he told Forbes.com.

The 10-bedroom mansion will sit on 160 acres and will come with a private gondola-like chairlift that will carry residents to the Yellowstone Club's private ski slopes, an indoor/outdoor swimming pool, and a home movie theater, and it is fully furnished.

Can you say 'wretched excess'?

And he killed trees to buy it.

For shame.

No bedroom is worth $15,500,000! Unless it has 14K gold walls and floor and ceiling and furnishings!

How about the slaves.

For that I would want playboy centerfolds in every room, real live ones!

I think you guys are seeing this as a first home. Perhaps if you were to view it as a second home, it would work here.

Hmmmm, we could all pitch in a little and make it the AH community gathering center....

Learjet rental fees for litogethers would be cheaper than regular airfare in the long run....

Now, now. There's more than just the bedrooms. I'm sure there's a living room and an entertainment center and a gym and there has to be a kitchen or two....

If you figure those in, then the cost of each bedroom goes down a bit.

Of course, you also have to figure in the bathrooms. Then, there also has to be some walk-in closets that are the size of a small house.

Got just what you need to stick in the garage of that modest little bungalow. While it is used (won the 1939 French Gran Prix) this baby has its appeal.

This 1939 Auto Union (Audi) D-Type has been clocked at 185 mph (313 kph). It's about to go on auction at Christie's in Paris. The winning bid is expected to be between $12 and $15 million.

There are no Consumer Reports findings on gas mileage or braking distance.

Rumple Foreskin

Hell, that's less than they're getting in London!
Well, that's thanks to the excellent rage. Everything's more expensive in London.
