Gerald R. Molen, a close business associate of Steven Spielberg (a co-producer with Spielberg of the Oscar-winning Schindler's List, and the producer of 5 other Spielberg films), has produced the documentery film, "2016: Obama's America", which experiences its nationwise release a little over 2 weeks from now on July 27...

Can Americans discern between the “dreams” of President Obama and those of the Founding Fathers? The makers of the upcoming documentary film “2016: Obama’s America” hope so. “I’ve got a strong desire to defend against the changes in our culture, our life, our laws, our freedom. We now have someone in office who has professed a desire for change, and this has disturbed me,” producer Gerald R. Molen tells Inside the Beltway.

Mr. Molen, 77, is the Hollywood heavyweight and Oscar-winning producer behind “Schindler’s List,” “Rain Man,”and “Jurassic Park” among many other blockbusters. But he prefers life in Montana to that in Tinseltown, and as a former U.S. Marine, he has a strong memory of a traditional, cheerful, can-do America. He’s also not too keen on Mr. Obama’s penchant to “go around Congress,” among other things.

“We don’t have an imperial presidency. He’s not the king,” Mr. Molen says.

Above all, he hopes the film will jar a passive audience with proof of the political and cultural change that may not be for the better in the long run.

“I hope people find out that it’s time to do their own research, get involved and ask this question: What kind of country do we want?” the producer says, predicting that public reaction to the project “will come alive” once the film is released nationwide July 27. The documentary itself is based on conservative author Dinesh D'Souza’s best-seller “The Roots of Obama’s Rage,” published last year.

“All Americans want the same kind of country. Being united would be wonderful. But we’re divided now, and it’s frightening,” Mr. Molen says.

Is there similar fare to come - perhaps another documentary meant to detect dangerous fissures in the bedrock of America?

“I hope it’s not necessary for me to stay in this genre. But if the need arises, I’m there. I’ll stand up,” Mr. Molen says.

Will come as a big surprise to a lot of Americans in the Democrat Party.:D

But, but, but he said he was ready to rule from day one.

No doubt, but that is the fault of the Tea Party shitheads and their corporate ventriloquists, not of Obama.

There is no difference between the Republicans and Democrats. Both have been co-opted by criminals who make money on baking and war.

Repeat that over and over and your eyes will open.

Of course it not HIS fault...it will never be HIS fault...so it must be Bush's fault...the President who hasn't been in office for going on four years now.

When will Obama take the responsibility the voters gave him? When will he start to lead instead of blame someone else for his failures? He had a pat hand for two years and still couldn't get anything right.

David Barton says Gov. Perry is Raising Millions to Promote Anti-Obama Film

Submitted by Kyle Mantyla on Thu, 07/12/2012 - 1:22pm

The guest on today's edition of "WallBuilders Live" was Gerald Molen, the producer of the new anti-Obama film "2016: Obama's America," which is based on the book "The Roots of Obama's Rage" by Dinesh D'Souza.

Molen was on the program to discuss a recent incident in which a scheduled speech he was to deliver to some high school students was supposedly canceled because of his conservative views, but after the interview, David Barton and Rick Green talked about how excited they were about his forthcoming film, with Barton revealing that Texas Governor Rick Perry was so enamored with it that he has "agreed to raise millions to put this thing in theaters":

Green: Well this new project he's doing - you know we had Dinesh on when he wrote the book "The Roots of Obama's Rage." I love Dinesh D'Souza, I think he's the C.S. Lewis of our day, just a great guy. But to make this a movie now that's going to reach far more people that's actually going to be in theaters even.

Barton: Well, I was just with Governor Perry and Governor Perry has agreed to raise millions to put this thing in theaters. He is committed to this thing in a big way ...

Green: To getting the truth out there for people to really know ...

Barton: He said it's phenomenal ... because they called him and asked him to help and he said "is it okay if I see the movie first before I agree to raise [money]?" And so he saw it and, man he is all over this thing.

This David Barton, BTW, is a completely ridiculous Christian historical-revisionist. There could be no less honest name for his show than "WallBuilders," as the wall of church-state separation is exactly what he is out to tear down.

Down with the military-bakery complex! The Pillsbury Doughboy is a war criminal!

Did I mention him? I repeat: It is not Obama who is dividing this country, it is the hard-RW dupes of the big-biz interests. America would be far better off if they were to STFU, and will be far better off when they die out.
