How about a story where a family go off together for a holiday, probably sset somewhere warm. The story could then describe the conquests each of the family get and how they avoid getting caught by each other.

Could be scope for quite a sexy but very funny story?

Do you mean "holiday" the way the Brits mean it? A vacation? Or holiday as in Valentine's, Easter, and so on?

It could certainly be a Valentine's story....the whole family dragged along to celebrate the second honeymoon. The kids observe the horny parents getting frisky, then getting together. The various kids find their own hookups. One with a stranger on the beach, one with a couple from the restaurant, one with the maid.

then you can do incest if you wish.

There's comedic value to be found if you want it with this idea, such as the son discovering that his mom is friends with the mom of the vacationing girl he met on the beach, so the girl stalls for him ("Just a minute! I'm getting dressed! No Mom, I'm fine, just stay out, would you?!") while he scrambles around grabbing his clothes and climbing out the window, or maybe the father introduces his kids to a business associate of his, only for the girl (and the associate) to realize they had already met the night before when the girl snuck off to a nightclub looking for some fun

If you want, you could make it a business trip of some sort for the parents that they're dragging their kids along for (because it happens to coincide with Spring Break, and the parents don't want their college kids running off to Mexico where they might have sex or get arrested or do something else bad like that). Perhaps the wife, who puts forth a prudish conservative face for her kids, turns out to be a nymphomaniac who helps her husband seal his business deals by means a bit more intimate than a handshake.

Waiters, Pool attendants, maids, other guests. Plenty of scope for fun and sex.

Story could end up with each of the family members catching the next at it with someone with a big orgy scene at the end

I have no preference either way. Like Texguy says its up to the writer. In fact it could make for a good RPG or interative story on Chyroo couldn't it?
