M4W Holiday Fling in DFW

So like most people, I'm headed home for the holidays. Normally, I only come home for a few days, but for whatever reason, I am stuck for two weeks this time. What that means is I need to find ways to get out of the house and away from my loving, albeit overbearing family.

Here is what I propose - how about a two week affair? Let's get to know each other over email for the next week and if we hit it off, maybe meet up 4 or 5 times when I'm home. Let's go out and do all the fun things in the metroplex that you usually forget to do...let's go to Sundance Square, let's go see a concert at the Meyerson, let's have nice meals, and then let's spend some quality time at your place making each other feel nice

Me? I'm not the tallest guy, but I am 5'7" which should be tall enough. I work out, and eat right, but I could still lose a few pounds. I have dark hair and deep brown eyes. I'm pretty easy on the eyes, at least that is what I'm told. I'm into live music (any kind, from classical to hip-hop), bookstores, movies, good meals and interesting conversations. Right now, I have three degrees, a bachelors, and two masters degrees, and I'm working on a fourth degree, my PhD. Admittedly, I'm not the cleverest or most experienced poster on this forum, but I assure, I've got a pretty good personality and a good sense of humor.

I know that this is a crazy idea, but you have to admit, you're intrigued aren't you? Come on! At worst, you see my pics, find me unattractive and then forget about me. At best, you get two weeks of fun and romance, and maybe even a place to stay for a quick getaway to sunny California. PM me, or if you want, you can try to catch me on yahoo. thanks for the suggestion velvetglove...in terms of looks, i'm pretty open minded, but i'd be lying if i said i wasn't more partial to curvy girls over super skinny women. a little extra weight is not problem for me, and in fact, is usually a plus. in terms of height, the main problem is me since i'm not so tall, but if a lady is ok with being taller than me, than so am i, but i usually find that is often not the case, so i'm used to going out with women who are shorter than me. but there have ben a few who were as tall as 5'11" and that worked out fine because she was cool with it. age, like i said, i don't know how much someone who is much in common someone who is much younger than me can have and although i liked experienced women, i'm not sure that i could go more than 10-15 years older, so let's say 25-45. no preference on the race, i'm an equal opportunity kind of guy.

what i was trying to make clear, but obviously did a poor job of saying is that looks, weight, age, and race are not so important to me as a woman's attitude and personality. to repeat one more time, i'm looking for someone who wants to have fun and has no hangups about having a short two week fling-type relationship. low drama is a must for me, as i'm a very laid back guy. sense of humor is also important because i feel that is where chemistry often comes from. hope this helps. talk to you all soon!
