You need a program than can edit animated GIFS. Starfish found one a couple of weeks ago, PM her and ask about it.

You may need to export each frame to another image processing program to swap the colors and then replace each frame in the animation. It's much harder to change animations than it is still images.

PS: You do realize that if you change it to red, people are going to think it's blood instead of wine?
