The Middle Ages offer fertile ground for hot stories.
Here are two old favorites that never seem to grow too stale:
(1) Ripe peasant girl is brought to the great manor house to serve the lord. She soon learns that she is expected to perform more than household chores for the lusty lord and frustrated lady of the house.
(2) Virginal princess worships knight from afar. She is very inexperienced and filled with romantic notions of love (mostly gained from poetry, songs, and ballads). The dashing knight, who is visiting the castle as an emissary from a neighboring kingdom, is seated beside her at the banquet to celebrate an agreement betweenthe two kings. The knight senses her interest and secretly arranges an assignation with her. Later that night, he slips into her unlocked chamber (not intended to be a play on words...it actually came out that way before I realized it). The girl learns the down-and-dirty facts of love in an eye-opening (and vagina-opening) experience.
I'm sure that most of you have many more original and better scenarios. Post! Post! Post!
The key to both scenarios is the inexperience of the main character. I suppose it would also work with a young peasant boy or prince/squire....whether heterosexual or gay themes).
