I read this story a while back, maybe a year or two ago and I can't remember what it's called. It's a historical nonconsent story. The girl is named Brianna Lightheart(not sure about last name). Her father is in debt so Lord Blackwood(?) or Malik collects her as payment. She works in his manor cleaning and cooking but he seduces her. There's an annoying head housekeeper lady too. After she sleeps with him, she finds him with two whores and runs away. She falls into a river during a storm and he sets out to search for her. She is taken in by another lord and lady who care for her. She ultimately goes back to him and it turns into a romance. I think it may have been on the toplist of something but I can't find it anywhere. Thank you so much!
