I don't know. It's my impression that they will want to finish before the Dem. convention.

As awful and objectionable as Donald Trump is, the real for his existence in this political campaign are the people currently in power. They have no one to blame but themselves. They have failed their constituents so profoundly that they are willing to consider someone as awful as Trump. I don't think the president is smart. I don't think Bubba is a wonderful politician. the stench is already on her and will NEVER wash off.....she is tainted which is why she had trouble with Bernie. She'll probably win anyway.....I just pray she makes good decisions because so far, her resume says not

Hillary had a private email server she used to disseminate secret government records, and modified the server to remove security features. She may escape espionage charges but cause exists for the charges. She didn't use her government credit card to buy lunch for Bill and Chelsea, she allowed Putin to hack her server. The FBI usually has all the facts when it interviews the criminal suspect. When Hillary walked in the door they were after an opportunity to nail her for lying to the FBI. Its what they got Martha Stewart for. DID HILLARY OWN A PRIVATE EMAIL SERVER? DID IT PASS OR CREATE GOVERNMENT COMMUNICATION? DID SHE DESTROY ANY OF THE MESSAGES? I IMAGIBE SHE TOOK THE 5TH THE WHOLE TIME.

The FBI will give Lynch a summary of the event, and Lynch will meet with Obama to learn what he wants to do. I expect Obama will sit on the report, and let Hillary deal with it after she's Presiident.

Despite bold predictions made on Fox News, it seems Hillary Clinton will not be indicted for using a private email server to send and receive messages while she was Secretary of State.

FBI Director James Comey announced on Tuesday that the FBI will not recommend any criminal charges against Clinton in a news conference that occurred just hours before the presumptive Democratic nominee is scheduled to make a joint campaign appearance with President Obama.

Even though he’s not going to recommend indicting Clinton, Comey did unleash a blistering attack on her “extremely careless” handling of classified information.

Andrea Mitchell: FBI’s rebuke ‘a big political hit’ for Clinton — charges or not

Bill Clinton’s meeting with the attorney general may have backfired and caused the FBI director to issue harsh criticism of his wife, said NBC News’ Andrea Mitchell.

Mitchell said the FBI’s findings were politically damaging, even if they did not lead to any criminal charges.

“The fact is, she has been saying for more than a year now that she never sent or received anything that was classified at the time and his analysis completely disputes that, her main argument,” Mitchell said.

FBI Director James Comey rebuked Clinton, the former Secretary of State, for “extremely careless” handling of classified information — which appears to have been hacked by hostile actors such as China, North Korea or Russia.

“The carelessness and the criticism of that carelessness at the State Department, which he said was unusual in the U.S. government, is also on her watch,” Mitchell said. “This is politically very damaging, not as damaging as a prosecution, obviously not as legally fraught as a prosecution would be, which could be disabling for a nominee, presumptive nominee just weeks before the convention. But the fact is, this is a big political hit. It is not the complete exoneration that they would have hoped for.”

This may backfire on Hilly. Being considered "above the law" is not a good place for a politician running for office. If Trump is elected, and this will improve his chances, he can order his AG to follow through and compel Hilly to face a grand jury. This would not be a politic thing to do, but Trump is less of a politician than most candidates.
